Overview: I am working with a luxury Skincare & Bodycare brand that produces high-performance, clinically proven formulas to support skin health. They are stocked in over 40 countries, huge well-known retailers, and 5-star hotels & spas. The results are second to none and are loved across the globe!
Responsibilities:
- Own the digital trading strategy to maximize online sales across all platforms (website, social media, e-commerce marketplaces, etc.).
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Monitor website performance and optimize for key metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and revenue per visitor.
- Support Performance Marketing success using funnel metrics to help assess overall health, align spend with relevant trading peaks, and support with looking at Paid Search and Paid Social Product strategies.
- Manage product cataloging, pricing, and stock levels to ensure accurate and timely product availability online.
- Analyze sales performance, digital traffic, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Lead the development and execution of the CRM strategy to build customer loyalty and retention.
- Develop Consumer Segments and Set Up Lifecycle Programmes supporting CLTV strategies.
- Support integration of CDP Tool and set up Customer Reporting.
- Design and implement automated and personalized email marketing, SMS, and push notification campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align digital campaigns with brand objectives, ensuring cohesive messaging and engagement.
You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, Trading, and CRM management.
- Advanced understanding of eCommerce platforms (Shopify essential) and CRM/CDP systems (Klaviyo essential).
- Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, etc.) with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
- Experience in skincare and beauty industry, with a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
