The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
You will be a Tax Manager focused on improving the tax reporting process and systems of a global FS sector group. In addition to reporting, the group is highly ambitious and acquisitive, so you will be able to be involved in advisory work pre and post deal. US tax reporting exposure (not expertise) is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of tax reporting for the Group's interim and full-year consolidated financial statements.
- Oversee the outsourced UK tax compliance process, including reviewing returns and managing coordination.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring they are informed on corporate tax matters and IFRS/statutory tax reporting.
- Review and document tax process flows across various jurisdictions, identifying opportunities for efficiency and simplification.
- Provide direct tax advice on commercial transactions, including M&A, restructuring, and day-to-day operations.
- Support the Group's Country-by-Country reporting and Pillar 2 tax compliance.
- Assist with cash tax forecasts and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with Senior Accounting Officer (SAO) requirements, including testing and reporting.
- Handle ad hoc tax-related queries, such as certificates of residency and FATCA documentation.
- Support the Transfer Pricing and VAT teams on various matters.
