We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior / Principal Carbon Consultant to join our client who are a leading consultancy specializing in risk and performance for global businesses.

They work with global organizations to assess their environmental footprint, enhance energy management practices, and provide expert guidance on sustainability reporting. Their mission is to create a more sustainable and eco-conscious world through innovative solutions and best practices.
The Role:
This position is a highly important role for a candidate to lead and develop the carbon offering for a global consulting business within a wider multinational ESG team. This position will act as a delivery head, providing detailed Carbon Consulting support for clients across the FTSE 100/250. You will also be responsible for giving direction across technical delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a key SME for carbon across the company
- Technical delivery of carbon projects (Carbon Accounting, SBTis, Scope 1 - 3 etc)
- Supporting tender responses and converting leads into revenue
- Keeping up to date with new Carbon trends, including standards, frameworks and legislation
What we need:
- 5 - 7+ years experience in Carbon Consulting (Open to Senior / Principal backgrounds)
- Relevant degree in Sustainability or Environment
- Strong commercial leadership experience
