We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Head of Partnerships - Retail to lead and evolve our clients retail and B2B partnership strategy. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you’ll be instrumental in delivering on ambitious revenue, margin, and growth targets.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Trading, Buying, Merchandising, and Marketing, you will ensure their brands remain the most trusted platform in the UK market. This role is all about ownership. You will be responsible for the development and execution of commercial plans across our retail channels—both traditional and e-commerce—driving sales, forging new partnerships, and continuously enhancing the customer proposition.
You’ll manage key relationships, develop new opportunities, and lead a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class propositions that resonate with their customers and partners alike. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to deliver financial results while elevating the presence and distribution of our brands in a competitive marketplace.
