Service Delivery Analyst - Contract

Network IT is currently hiring for a Service Delivery Analyst to join our client in Birmingham on a 6 month initial contract!   This is a fabulous opportunity for someone who is on their way forwards in a Service Delivery focused career, to join an end user services team and support various leaders in ensuring operational excellence across the board.   You will play a key part in maintaining excellence across this team, supporting in process mapping the current service standards for reviews and compliance, documentation management, and business continuity planning.   You’ll also liaise with the service desk, to ensure high levels of service are upheld for a large user base.   Role: Service Delivery Analyst Duration: 6 Months Status: Outside IR35 Rate: £180 per day Location: Birmingham – Hybrid Working   Key Skills: Background in Service Delivery / Service Operations – in a supporting type role (not management or leadership level) Process Mapping of IT service standards for compliance and efficiency Solid documentation management of processes, policies and training manuals Knowledge of supporting business continuity planning to safeguard operations Some project based support experience Service desk liaison Knowledge of working within an ITIL environment
