Programme Director Corporate services in modernisations High profile and high priority delivery programme (Critical) Small team in central portfolio area Currently in high level design phase 2-3 years of implementation Nature of the work will be transformational Policy Changes Process Changes Organisation Changes System and IT changes Implementing oracle fusion across defence FULL operating model transformation Key skills and criteria: Familiar with government working (Ideally within defence) ERP implementation (Preferrable oracle) Shared services work Focusing on operating models HR/FINANCE AND COMMERCIAL Operating in a Programme Director role before Large and complex environment Fast paced environment Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, internal and external, written and verbal Will be line managing around 5 – 10 director and 10 – 20 indirectly. People management Transformation experience Will require lots of direct involvement Must be able to communicate and understand an environment with oracle landscape Will be working with technical specialists and must be competent to engage and communicate with them effectively You do not need to be oracle solutions analyst but MUST be able to communicate clearly and enough knowledge to operate in this environment effectively. There will be an expectation that you can show that you have the knowledge and experience to deliver the programme effectively and efficiently. experience required Oracle Fusion Beneficial if they are familiar with HR/Finance and Commercial tools – Analytics ERP / HCM technology stacks Previous Authority Experience required Government and/or Defence ideally Private sector experience will be accepted but governmental/Defence experience will be highly preferrable DESIRABLE: PRINCE2, MSP Practitioner, Agile Project Management Practitioner, APM Project Management Qualification • APM Chartered Project Professional • Project Leadership Programme (PLP) or Major Projects Leadership Academy (MPLA)
