Our team currently comprises of 5 GP partners, an experienced practice manager, a well-structured admin team and an enthusiastic and capable practice nurse, who manages chronic disease along with 2 practice-based pharmacists. We also have access to a Trust treatment room nurse, helping to deliver quality care and expansion is currently ongoing to accommodate a growing MDT team. We currently operate our appointment system in a hybrid manner, offering flexibility in the working day. The post is for 5 sessions currently which allows for a great work-life balance and the opportunity for further sessions will arise in the future. As a NIMDTA training practice and a QUB teaching practice we are excited to welcome a new GP partner who shares our values of patient care, team collaboration and work-life balance. The post offers attractive remuneration and may be eligible for a golden hello payment.
