The Role

As a TikTok Growth Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance brand visibility, increase followers, and drive content engagement. You’ll work closely with clients, content creators, and our in-house marketing team to optimize TikTok campaigns, identify trends, and implement innovative growth tactics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement TikTok growth strategies for brands and influencers
• Analyze trends, audience behavior, and platform algorithms to optimize content
• Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and viral-worthy videos
• Track key performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations
• Experiment with new TikTok features and formats to stay ahead of the curve
• Build and maintain relationships with TikTok influencers and brand partners
• Stay updated on the latest platform updates and industry best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience growing TikTok accounts (brand or personal)
• Deep understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and best practices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Creative mindset with a passion for short-form video content
• Experience working with influencers, agencies, or brands is a plus
