Brand Marketing Manager – Health and Wellbeing Company
Company Overview:
Our client is a leading UK-based supplier and e-commerce retailer operating in the health and wellbeing sector. With over 40 years of experience in the Vitamins, Minerals, and Supplements (VMS) sector, the company has become a prominent player in the UK and European VMS market, known for its high-quality products, exceptional service, and industry-leading innovation. The company is privately owned and has seen significant growth in recent years, with revenues more than doubling through organic growth, the acquisition of a leading e-commerce health supplement retailer, and the successful launch of two proprietary brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an annual digital marketing strategy to drive growth across all channels (CRM, Social, Email, B2B, etc.).
- Manage the brand’s marketing calendar, aligning with product launches, promotions, and seasonal trends.
- Oversee new product launch strategy, including asset development and delivery.
- Develop and execute innovative content marketing strategies and product-focused campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
- Lead end-to-end marketing initiatives for key product brands, from brand development to demand generation.
- Drive disruptive product marketing campaigns to capture market attention.
- Lead localized marketing efforts for German and French markets, adapting brand content for regional relevance.
- Create and implement email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.
- Optimize CRM channels for customer segmentation and long-term brand loyalty.
- Improve Amazon listings by optimizing copy to highlight product USPs and align with consumer demands and trends.
- Coordinate asset creation (images, videos) for campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across channels.
- Drive B2B marketing initiatives, including partnerships, press releases, and trade marketing efforts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with in-house teams (design, trading, etc.) to execute all marketing campaigns.
- Optimize social media presence and engagement, particularly on Instagram, to enhance lead generation and build brand community.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and leverage market opportunities to drive product demand.

Package:
- Up to £45k (depending on experience)
- 4 days onsite in Liverpool, Fridays WFH
