Payroll Manager | £35,000 to £45,000 | Leeds | Hybrid\\n\\nAn outstanding opportunity for an experienced Payroller to take ownership of the payroll function within this standalone role. Working closely with finance, you will be responsible for monthly reporting, so strong excel skills are essential.\\n\\nYou would be joining a fast paced and dynamic working environment.

Its an excellent opportunity for you to lead and shape the payroll function for a growing business.\\n\\n The role:\\n\\nAccurate, timely and compliant processing of weekly and monthly payroll\\nMonthly payroll reporting and analysis\\nHMRC compliance including P32, EPS, FPS, P11D and year-end tax reporting\\nStaff onboarding process for all departments\\nUndertake administrative duties in connection with recruitment/leavers/changes/contracts\\nMaintain company employee benefit information and liaise with providers including pension, healthcare, cycle to work scheme and childcare vouchers\\nMonthly reporting on headcount and budget costs\\nEnsuring compliance with up to date payroll regulations\\nImproving and streamlining systems\\n\\nWhat you will need to succeed:\\n\\nPayroll experience within an end to end role\\nGood systems and Excel skills (for reporting at month and year end)\\nTechnically strong and adept\\nDeadline driven\\nInterested in improving processes and systems\\nStrong communication skills\\nThe Benefits:\\n\\nCompetitive salary package (up to £45,000)\\nPension\\n25 days holiday\\nHybrid
