KiddyKare are recruiting a competent room-based Deputy Manager for an established nursery in Reading. The role will entail being the room leader of the baby room and aiding the manager in the overall running of the nursery.

Your duties would be:
- Guide and mentor to colleagues to ensure high quality in teaching and learning for all children at all times
- Overseeing the smooth running and high quality early years practice within the room and cascading and actioning duties given by the Nursery Manager for the nursery
- Being a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with children, families and childcare professionals according to the EYFS
- Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- Being room leader to a room of 9 babies
