Main duties and responsibilities:
- In this role you will participate in the day to day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment.
- You will maintain effective communication and liaison with the Service Users, Families and others whilst respecting appropriate confidentiality.
- Supporting Service Users with preparation of their meals, laundry duties, cleaning and social events.
- Maintain accurate notes and records as and when required.
