Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership & Coaching
Act as a strategic partner to your Functional People Leaders, supporting business objectives through people-centred strategies. Coach and guide People Leaders to build high-performing, collaborative teams. Provide insight and challenge to drive leadership effectiveness and cultural alignment.
Talent Management & Succession Planning
Build and manage talent strategies that identify, develop and retain top talent. Drive succession planning processes to ensure business continuity and future readiness. Lead talent review cycles and help leaders build talent pipelines for critical roles.
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to design recruitment strategies that meet the needs of your functional area. Support strategic workforce planning and organisational design initiatives. Ensure the hiring process aligns with business needs and Red Bull\’s brand philosophies and values.
Learning & Development
Identify learning and development needs for your function. Design and deliver impactful learning experiences that enhance skills, leadership, and performance. Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation and personal growth. Support leadership development programs and mentorship initiatives.
Employee Relations
Advise and support leaders on employee relations matters with fairness, integrity, and compliance. Act as a trusted mediator and problem solver to create a positive employee experience. Ensure alignment between business goals and Red Bull’s culture in all employee-related actions.
Business Insights, Analysis and Budget Management
Translate business metrics and people data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Monitor organisational health indicators and drive improvement where needed. Manage the People budget for your respective area.
Operational Excellence & Project Leadership
Lead or contribute to key business and people initiatives. Drive continuous improvement and process innovation in people practices. Ensure adherence to compliance and HR policies across functions.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- Strong coaching skills with a track record of developing senior leaders and teams.
- Experience in learning strategy, talent development and succession planning.
- Deep understanding of employee relations and organisational culture building.
- Strong business acumen, analytical capability and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of external trends, associated with a robust knowledge of the drinks market.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with experience of building relationships across the business.
- Solutions orientated mindset with the ability to work accurately at pace and cope with ambiguity.
- Experience of managing change, through rapid growth.
