Key Responsibilities: This role is to place all level of support staff into legal firms such as admin, secretarial, finance, HR etc. It is a warm desk as there are lots of established relationships in place. They have a real need for someone to cover the above desk and ideally you will have experience of working in recruitment that covers office services and business support. * Identify and source top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. * Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to understand candidates\’ skills, experience, and career aspirations. * Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms, legal departments, and candidates to ensure successful placements. * Provide personalised career guidance and advice to candidates, helping them navigate the legal job market. * Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture, ensuring the perfect match between candidate and organisation. * Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legal developments to better serve both clients and candidates.
