Salary: From £31,773 annual depending on experience

Contract Type: Fixed Term until 15 of August 2025

Part-time, 30 hours/week

We’re looking for a passionate and committed Subject Teacher to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis to teach Finance, Accounting, Economics, Econometrics and other related modules to international students across a range of programmes, including undergraduate and Pre-Master’s courses. This will include foundation level (A level equivalent) up to and including Pre-Master’s level. You will develop teaching and learning materials and set and mark assessments in modules delivered. This will involve delivering engaging lectures, seminars, and tutorials, as well as providing academic and pastoral support to help students succeed. You will foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment, sensitive to the needs of international students; and contribute to course and module development, and actively participate in centre activities and events.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Teaching experience at secondary (sixth form), FE, or HE level.
  • Sensitivity to cultural differences and the challenges faced by international students.
