Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of testers through all phases of the test lifecycle
- Coordinate testing activities with SMEs across various business functions
- Develop and execute test plans, ensuring test coverage and quality standards
- Oversee defect tracking, reporting, and resolution
- Ensure effective handover of responsibilities from the current internal lead
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Test Manager or Test Lead on large-scale programmes
- Strong background in manual testing; automation exposure is a plus
- Prior experience working on a Workday implementation is essential
