CNC 5 Axis Miller Nr Bicester Negotiable Depending on Experience Our client, are looking for a CNC 5-Axis Miller to join their growing team! CNC 5 Axis Miller Roles and Responsibilities: * Set, operate and programme 5-Axis CNC Milling machines * Manufacture components in line with customer drawings * Carry out manual inspections of components * Maintain documentation and workplace procedures The ideal CNC 5 Axis Miller will: * Be able to competently set and operate CNC Mills * Proficient in Heidenhain machine controls * Experience programming with Hypermill (Training provided) * Will have the ability to work on more than one machine * Have previously manufactured precision components * Experience working with aerospace alloys, stainless steel, titanium * Ideally be apprenticeship trained (beneficial) Working Hours + Benefits: * 38 hours per week (anytime between 7-5.30 whatever hours suit the candidate – they are flexible) * Generally 5-7 hours’ overtime available each week * 20 days holiday, increasing to 25 days after one year’s service (plus bank holidays) Jackie Kerr Recruitment is an independent agency that has been established for 28 years.
