Are you motivated to harness the power of data to drive educational success? We are pleased to offer the opportunity for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Manager to join our team at The Portsmouth Academy.
You will be responsible for the data management by facilitating the effective development, maintenance, and support of the systems within the Academy. Working closely with the Vice Principal, the Data Manager will lead the efficient coordination and administration of the Academy's Arbor system and maintenance of student reports and assessment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong numeracy skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
What you will need to succeed:
- Systematic approach to a task load whilst working to deadlines
- Ability to produce clear, concise information reports
- Analyse information and identify key areas for action
- Highly Proficient IT Skills, including Microsoft Office
- Arbor Knowledge is desirable but not essential
- Coordination of the School Census and government statistical returns
- Excellent administration skills, with a high level of efficiency and accuracy
- Previous experience of working in a school or other education environment
