You must be comfortable performing a hybrid role that reflects a requirement to provide guidance to the hospital on quality and governance alongside operational support and leadership to the outpatient department.

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide highly visible and supportive leadership to the outpatients and governance teams, working with them to ensure high levels of customer service and safety.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC Registration.

- You must have strong demonstrable experience within quality and governance, and be competent with executing the governance framework, updating policies and procedures.
