Clarkson Owens Recruitment are working with a reputable house builder who are looking to bring on board an experienced Quantity Surveyor. In this role your time will be split between the office and site. You will be commercially responsible for a couple of new build housing projects which will be in the East Central belt of Scotland. In order to be suitable you will be an experienced QS from a housing background. In return, a competitive salary and benefits package will be on offer.
