You’ll lead small, high-impact teams solving real enterprise problems using LLM-powered agents, Solutions range from knowledge modelling to creative AI applications – working across portfolio management and global sporting productions. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders at major UK companies, translating their needs into scalable, production-ready AI systems.

Responsibilities include guiding technical delivery end-to-end, mentoring engineers, and aligning engineering with the C-suite. You’ll help scope and shape new projects, design solutions alongside engineers, ensure quality delivery, and support the team’s growth as the business scales.

Based in London (hybrid, 2–3 days in-office) with a salary up to £100,000 (DOE). The company values real-world impact, ethical AI, and a focused 3-day work week culture.
