Responsibilities

1. Plan and deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
2. Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to support improvement.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and success.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to departmental improvement.
5. Participate in extra-curricular activities and school events that enhance the educational experience.
6. Uphold the values and ethos of the school.

Qualifications

1. UK Teaching experience and Qualified Teacher Status.
2. Strong background in science.
3. Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development.
4. Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
5. Ability to inspire and engage students at the secondary level.
6. Bachelor\’s degree in Science or related field.

Requirements

1. A degree in Science or a related field.
2. Physics teaching experience in the UK.
3. Qualified Teacher Status.
4. Proven experience teaching science at the secondary school level.
5. Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
6. Commitment to continuous professional development.

Pay range and compensation package

Competitive, dependent on experience (MPS) Inner London weighting.
