Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, the role will support the set-up of product and service information ERP system and maintain system pricing and other product information throughout product lifecycles, while ensuring products are defined accurately within the ERP prior to order entry/production commencing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the product setup process in the system from start to finish, including interfacing with other departments to garner the information required in line with our product timelines.
- Analyse and interpret product specifications and repair procedures to identify all product components and tasks and their effects on information systems.
- Provide regular update communications to other departments following system updates.
- Test all relevant systems for product accuracy, including product configurator.
- Support in setting up, testing and support for order entry software (EQ).
- Maintain the catalogue of UPC codes and the systems that utilise them.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience as a technical administrator or similar working with operational teams would be preferred.
SKILLS AND PERSONAL QUALITIES
- Process driven, analytical and detail oriented.
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel.
- Able to establish and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn, take on new challenges and drive change.
