Air Conditioning Service Engineer FM Search & Select Ltd is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join a leading HVAC company covering the Central Belt of Scotland. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a strong background in servicing, maintenance, and PPM of air conditioning systems across commercial and industrial sites. Package: * £40,000 – £44,000 based on experience * Company vehicle & fuel card * Monday – Friday, full-time position * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Workplace pension scheme & career development opportunities Responsibilities: * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and servicing of air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF, split systems, and chillers. * Respond to reactive maintenance and breakdowns, diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently. * Ensure all work is completed in line with industry regulations and health & safety standards. * Work across various commercial and industrial sites, delivering high-quality service. * Maintain accurate records of work completed and liaise with clients as needed. Qualifications & Skills: * Proven experience in servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems. * F-Gas Certification (Category 1) is essential. * Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including fault-finding and repairs. * Ability to work independently and manage a service route across the Central Belt. * Full UK driving licence – ability to travel to client sites as required.
