We are working with a leading Global Amazon and eCommerce agency who have gone through significant growth in their EU business over the last few years and are keen to hire an Account Director to join the Amazon Advertising side of their business.
Location: EU - Fully remote - with occasional trips to clients in Europe and UK.

Our client is at the forefront of digital retail and advertising; they were one of the original Amazon agencies, basing themselves out of the USA and rapidly expanding into the UK and Europe and building a first-class team from leadership through to operators.
This role is fully remote and can be recruited in Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise Sponsored Advertising and DSP campaigns across retail networks, primarily Amazon.
- Lead and develop a team of direct reports.
- Oversee client budgets to ensure efficient allocation and full delivery.
- Execute daily campaign tasks, including campaign builds, pacing, optimisation, and reporting.
- Analyse campaign performance through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
- Develop client-facing reports and presentations with clear, actionable insights.
- Engage directly with clients via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on campaign goals and objectives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Ad Console (Sponsored Ads / DSP) and bid management platforms.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Experience managing client relationships and presenting campaign results effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
