Pacific International is currently recruiting for a newly created full-time People & Culture Manager position to be based in either the London or Dusseldorf office, due to exceptional growth and expansion. As the sole leader for people and culture within our company, you will work closely with our leadership team to drive our people strategy and support various HR functions. This position is critical to the success of our fast-paced, growing business, with a strong focus on talent management, capability building and engagement.

Key Requirements:
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or 7) or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree – preferred business, human resources or commercial discipline
  • Knowledge of UK and German laws/legislations is paramount.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance, talent and performance management.
  • Needs to be a self-starter and has experience operating in high growth or ambiguity.
  • Driven and motivated to succeed and make a tangible impact for a company.
  • Track record in leading and supporting organizational change.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and software programs.
