Our client, a well-established aerospace components manufacturer with a workforce of around 400 employees across sites, is on the lookout for a Head of HR to spearhead their human resources initiatives. This role is essential for aligning HR practices with the company\’s mission and ensuring a robust organizational culture.
As the Head of HR, you will play a vital role in the UK Senior Management Team (SMT), overseeing HR operations at the main facility while also providing guidance and support to satellite sites as necessary. You will lead a dedicated HR team, cultivating a supportive and growth-oriented environment that empowers employees at all levels.
The successful candidate will bring a wealth of HR experience, particularly within the aerospace sector. Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction, fostering a workplace culture that is both innovative and inclusive.
Key responsibilities will include:
