Join a leading telecommunications company as a Change Management Specialist!
In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing people-related changes, including redundancies, TUPE transfers, and restructures. You will play a crucial part in driving significant transformation within the organisation.
Contract Length: 26 weeks
Daily Rate: £550 per day through umbrella
Location: Reading or Wythenshawe (twice per week on-site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex change initiatives, including detailed and practical experience with TUPE transfers.
- Navigate senior stakeholder and Trade Union relationships through intricate changes.
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams to deliver people-focused outcomes.
- Create comprehensive change packs and ensure best practices are followed.
- Balance business needs with employee experience during change processes.
- Handle multiple change programs simultaneously, ranging from small (5 people) to large (up to 100 people).
- Confidently articulate changes and manage pushback from stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong fit for the team culture.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to liaise with individuals at all levels.
- Confident and resilient, capable of handling challenging situations.
- Generalist HR experience is beneficial, with an understanding of legalities and processes.
- CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential; relevant experience is more important.
