My Consultancy client is looking to secure the services of a Data Strategy Consultant to assist with critical project work over the coming months. The consultant will need to have a proven track record in delivering strategic planning and road mapping for Data and Data management within Local Government, alongside a strong ability to engage with Senior Public Sector Stakeholders and influence change.

The assignment will involve guiding Local Government Customers through and into new data management practices and processes, bringing some forward to Cloud based solutions with Azure.

Key Skills:

Proven background in Data Strategy and Road Mapping for Local Government
In-depth understanding of large-scale Data Management, including policy, governance, and best practices
Senior-level stakeholder engagement and experience influencing change within the Public Sector
Experience in Public Sector data transformation
Knowledge of Enterprise-level Database Systems and their integration into cloud-based solutions (specifically Azure)
Detailed technical knowledge of Azure specific services would be advantageous but not essential
