Talent Partner - Resourcing

TikTok is looking for a Talent Partner to work in a team of 4 overseeing the recruitment across Europe for the TikTok Live team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing 15 open roles at a time
• Focus on the EU market initially, with potential to expand to other regions.
• Sourcing to engaging key talent; supporting candidates through the hiring process.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1-5 years of resourcing experience.
• Strong resourcing and headhunting skills.
• Background working in a fast-paced environment.
• Agency or in house experience
• Experience sourcing bilingual/trilingual candidates is a plus
• Ability to engage candidates from different industries and present opportunities effectively.
