TikTok is looking for a Talent Partner to work in a team of 4 overseeing the recruitment across Europe for the TikTok Live team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing 15 open roles at a time
- Focus on the EU market initially, with potential to expand to other regions.
- Sourcing to engaging key talent; supporting candidates through the hiring process.

Qualifications & Experience
- 1-5 years of resourcing experience.
- Strong resourcing and headhunting skills.
- Background working in a fast-paced environment.
- Agency or in house experience
- Experience sourcing bilingual/trilingual candidates is a plus
- Ability to engage candidates from different industries and present opportunities effectively.
