We are proudly supporting one of our valued clients—an award-winning, purpose-driven training provider—in their search for a passionate and experienced Health & Social Care Tutor/Coach to join their team in a full-time, permanent capacity. About the Role:
As a Tutor/Coach, you will play a key role in supporting learners through the successful delivery of Level 5 Health & Social Care qualifications. You’ll manage your own caseload and be responsible for guiding, assessing, and developing your learners, while ensuring quality delivery and learner progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of up to 40 learners across the North West region
Plan, deliver, and assess learning, embedding Maths and English where appropriate
Conduct regular learner reviews and track progress using the e-portfolio system
Provide advice, guidance, and support to ensure learner success
Support learners in developing both professional knowledge and practical skills
Adhere to safeguarding and quality standards at all times
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
CAVA, A1 or equivalent (or relevant occupational competency at Levels 2, 3, 4, or 5)
PTTLS or teaching qualification desirable
V1 or equivalent (desirable)
A passion for developing others within the Health & Social Care sector
Commitment to ongoing CPD and professional development
