The Role

As a Software IT Test Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring that quality is embedded at every stage of the software development lifecycle. Your expertise will drive forward the quality agenda, influencing test strategies, automation, and risk management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice on complex testing issues at the project level.
  • Leading test automation and upskilling team members.
  • Managing multiple workstreams while implementing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitoring progress using quality metrics to ensure high standards.
  • Occasional travel and weekend work to support live assurance testing.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful, you must have:

  • ISTQB Foundation in Software Testing
  • ISTQB Advanced Test Manager in Software Testing OR proven experience in Test Management and leading digital teams
  • Experience in test automation and all levels of testing (Unit to OAT)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
