Key Responsibilities
- Develop, support, and enhance Dynamics 365 applications, with a strong focus on Customer Insights Journeys (CIJ) and Customer Insights Data (CID).
- Configure Dynamics 365.
- Design and manage APIs and microservices architecture.
- Ensure solutions align with best practices and architectural standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and peer code reviews.
- Provide hands-on development and technical leadership within a small Agile team.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions.
