Law Teacher - KS5

Job Title: KS5 Law TeacherLocation: B9 Area, BirminghamAbout the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated KS5 Law Teacher to join our team at a school in the B9 area. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality A-Level Law lessons, ensuring students are fully prepared for their exams and future legal studies or careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons for KS5 Law students.

• Assess, monitor, and provide feedback to support student progress.

• Prepare students for exams, coursework, and further legal studies.

• Stay up to date with curriculum developments and legal education trends.

• Foster an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.

• Support students with university applications and career aspirations in law.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (e.g., PGCE, relevant teaching qualification).

• Experience teaching A-Level Law (Edexcel or AQA preferred).

• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for legal education.

• Ability to engage and inspire students with a range of teaching strategies.

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Desirable:

• Experience with UCAS applications and personal statement guidance.

• A background in the legal profession or related industry experience.
