As an administrator, you will follow established processes to provide high quality support to students and academics across the University. Please see the job description / role profile form for further details of the activities you will undertake., As part of our Frontline Services team, you will work in a dedicated, customer-facing team, based across one of our six Student Service Centres. The focus of your role will be delivering a high-quality service to support students throughout their time at the university. You will provide cover across a range of services, which will include you supporting students on our live chat, through virtual appointments, on our CRM system, or in person, depending on what the student needs., As a member of our Customer Service team, you will be motivated to deliver high standards of service, and you will be required to be on campus for 100% of the time to support the in-person student experience. Work patterns tend to fall between 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday and these are permanent, full-time posts (36.25 hours). Job share arrangements may be considered.
