Job Description Join our passionate and collaborative Continuous Improvement Team as a Project Lead for a 12-month fixed term contract. You will drive meaningful change in our Gousto factories. Reporting to Luke Williams, the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to embed sustainable improvements that enhance our operational performance. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact while working in a highly cooperative and dynamic environment. As a Project Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficiency, enhancing colleague engagement, and strengthening our continuous improvement culture. Please note this role requires 4 days of presence in the Warrington office and 1 day of working from home. Core Responsibilities Work with cross-functional teams to lead site-based improvement projects, aligning with business goals Collaborate closely with the Operations team to understand challenges and implement effective solutions Assess processes and systems to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and performance, reduce costs, and improve colleague experience Utilise data analysis to gain insights into root causes, highlight opportunities, and measure success Engage with colleagues at all levels, fostering a supportive environment for implementing improvements Ensure continuous improvement principles are embedded into day-to-day operations. Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and escalating where necessary Promote an inclusive and supportive approach to change management, ensuring solutions are people-centric and effective Foster a culture of shared learning, encouraging curiosity and personal development within the team Ensure all initiatives align with Gousto’s sustainability and people-focused values.
