The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 Β£ per year.

A vibrant studio of 30 that are part of an established top 10 AJ practice who operate throughout the country have enjoyed a prosperous first quarter which is set to continue for the rest of the year. They provide clients with architecture, urban design, landscape architecture, town planning and interior design services working with private and public sector clients.

You will enjoy the mix of projects and gain the experience to continue on your pathway to chartership and your day to day duties will include:

  • Building reg approvals
  • Carrying out site visits
  • Planning submissions
  • Liaising with clients and consultants

We are keen to speak with RIBA Part 2 assistants who have gained experience in UK architectural practices. You will have a good knowledge of the planning systems and hold neat presentation skills. REVIT is desirable although training will be given.

You will enjoy a great working atmosphere and liaise with other Part 2 students in different locations throughout your time at the company. There is 25 days holiday, core hours of 10/4, cycle to work scheme and free parking.
