About The Role
The Sales Strategy & Operations Lead will work closely with the General Manager of the UK market and the EMEA Leadership team to launch and operationalize strategic initiatives. The role involves:
- Identifying market opportunities and gaps to prioritize customer segments effectively.
- Deploying data-driven resourcing strategies and aligning team structures with the Sales team's strategy.
- Pinpointing revenue blockers and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve them.
