Your role:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to support the launch of our new category, Nuance Audio , which integrates cutting-edge AI-powered audio technology targeting individuals with mild hearing loss. This role is instrumental in driving the market strategy, messaging, and go-to-market execution for Nuance Audio.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, customer personas and market opportunities for Nuance Audio.
    • Analyse competitive landscape and emerging trends in audio technology and eyewear integration.
    • Provide data-driven insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
  2. Product Positioning and Messaging:
    • Develop compelling product positioning that highlights the unique benefits of Nuance Audio as a lifestyle solution, enhancing hearing and vision seamlessly.
    • Craft messaging tailored to diverse customer segments, emphasising the integration of audio technology with advanced lens solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in messaging across all channels.
  3. Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, including launch timelines, promotional strategies and channel distribution.
    • Partner with sales and supply chain teams to ensure readiness for product launch.
    • Coordinate product training programmes for internal teams and partners.
  4. Marketing Campaign Development:
    • Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
    • Work with creative teams to produce engaging content, such as videos, brochures, and presentations, showcasing the benefits of Nuance Audio.
    • Leverage data analytics to optimise campaign performance and ROI.
  5. Customer Engagement and Education:
    • Develop educational materials and resources to inform customers about the benefits of Nuance Audio.
    • Partner with customer service teams to address inquiries and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
    • Support the organization with product demonstrations, trade shows and other events to drive awareness and adoption.
  6. Performance Measurement:
    • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product adoption, customer satisfaction, category penetration and marketing effectiveness.
    • Provide regular reports and recommendations for ongoing optimisation.

  • Performance dashboards tracking KPIs such as campaign ROI, product adoption rates and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Educational content, including brochures, FAQs, and training modules for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Successful execution of marketing campaigns and events leading to measurable increases in awareness and sales.

Main requirements:

  • Graduate with Professional Marketing qualification, degree level or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing / category management within the audiology sector
  • Proven track record of launching innovative products and driving successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, value propositions and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, global environment.
