We are looking to hire a part-time Project Administrator on a 12-month FTC.
Main Purpose of the Job
Based primarily in our London office as part of a wider business support administration team, you will provide administrative support to project managers and their wider teams within Pell Frischmann. As part of your responsibilities, you are required to undertake general administrator duties to support the wider business. The role will also include supporting other teams in different locations remotely. Flexible working arrangements will be at the discretion of/agreed with your line manager.
Main Duties
- Provide support to project directors and project managers.
- Prepare job setup documentation.
- Manage and keep up to date Project Management Plans.
- Project document control including archiving.
- Preparation and submission of project invoices.
- Track progress of invoices until paid and keep PM notified.
- Preparation, formatting, and presentation of project documents.
- Supporting teams with bid activities when required.
- Maintain compliance with all project-related BMS requirements.
Preparation of Key Documents and Correspondence
- Ensuring compliance with the Business Management System, where required.
- Organisation and maintenance of case file documentation.
- Preparation of relevant invoices and arrangement of payment.
Essential
- Previous Project Administrative Experience.
- Excellent IT literacy, proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Preferred
- Experience using Unit 4 business software.
