The Company
This is a data-driven MarTech company that works with various companies to enhance their customer acquisition and engagement strategies.
THE ROLE
As a Strategy Director, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Act as the lead for the overall strategic BAU and ongoing relationship with clients.
- Collaborate closely with VPs, Sales, and key leaders across tech and data to drive profitable revenue growth and introduce exciting product/service innovation.
- Ownership and growth of existing client strategic retainer through cross and upsell.
- Develop and manage strategy and analytic roadmaps that define workstreams aligning with client objectives and drive omnichannel business impacts.
- Coach and mentor CRM planners and analysts within the function.
- Own and produce project briefings to span across both strategic and analytical requirements working alongside analytical team leads.
- Customer journey mapping and new programme recommendations for the company\’s retail, travel, FS and Utilities clients.
- Track and optimise eCRM programme engagement and conversion.
Your Skills And Experience
- A track record of customer strategy work with a CRM tool.
- Consultancy or Vendor side experience.
- Able to upsell projects, scope, define work and develop client relationships.
- Experience managing retainer relationships.
