Halecroft Recruitment is delighted to support our client in their search for a dedicated Administrator to join their team temporarily initially from mid-April until mid-June 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail to contribute to essential reporting tasks while enjoying flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities:

  • Filter, process, and upload a large backlog of reports
  • Coordinate additional tasks with team members
  • Manage day-to-day activities across two email inboxes
  • Conduct phone calls and communicate effectively internally and with customers to obtain information
  • Ensure all administrative work is completed accurately
  • Provide support for other administrative tasks as needed
  • Keep records organised and up to date
  • Adapt to changing priorities within the team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrator or in a data entry role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in managing multiple email inboxes
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Ability to handle a backlog of reports efficiently

Hours: 35hrs per week Mon - Fri

Location: Trafford Park (3 days office, 2 days working from home)

Rate: £14.29 - £15.38 per hour (Paid Weekly)
