Since our founding in 1998, we have partnered with renowned brands like Ted Baker, PUMA, and Champion to offer high-quality, stylish products across men’s and women’s apparel, accessories, socks, and activewear. We prioritize fashion, functionality, and sustainability in everything we do. We have recently relaunched TedBaker.com and are looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in scaling digital marketing efforts and ensuring Ted Baker’s online success. This role will begin with Ted Baker but will eventually extend to other ULAC brands.
As Growth & Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact digital marketing strategies to drive growth across TedBaker.com. You will own paid media campaigns, optimize performance marketing channels, and use data-driven insights to increase traffic, conversions, and overall revenue. We are looking for someone who is highly analytical, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment. You should be comfortable managing multi-million-pound ad budgets, optimizing customer acquisition costs, and scaling campaigns to maximize profitability while maintaining brand integrity.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Growth & Performance Strategy: Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Identify, test, and scale new marketing channels to expand reach and improve efficiency. Refine marketing approaches to stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.
- Performance Marketing & Campaign Management: Oversee and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and display networks. Optimize campaigns through A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to drive conversions. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure all marketing materials align with Ted Baker’s brand identity.
- Budget & Performance Optimization: Manage a multi-million-pound marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend allocation to drive maximum ROI and revenue growth. Forecast and report on campaign performance, providing clear insights and strategic recommendations.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), customer lifetime value (CLTV), and conversion rates. Use Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and other data tools to extract insights and optimize campaigns.
- SEO & SEM Strategy: Work alongside SEO specialists to optimize organic search visibility. Manage paid search campaigns to ensure high-quality traffic and conversions.
- Customer Retention & Lifecycle Marketing: Collaborate with the CRM team to develop retention strategies, including email marketing, loyalty programs, and remarketing campaigns. Develop strategies to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, UX, e-commerce, content, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers to enhance performance marketing efforts.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for a performance-driven marketing expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly pivot strategies based on market trends and business needs. You should be analytical, hands-on, and strategic, with the ability to execute high-growth marketing campaigns at scale.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing for e-commerce brands.
- Expertise in managing multi-channel digital campaigns, including paid search, social media, and display advertising.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking and optimizing CAC, ROAS, and CLTV.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Experience managing large-scale marketing budgets and ensuring efficient spend allocation.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and drive continuous performance improvements.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where agility is key.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fashion, luxury, or retail e-commerce is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with international markets and localized digital strategies.
- Experience with Shopify and third-party marketing automation tools.
