About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute full-funnel demand generation programs to drive pipeline growth.
  • Drive pipeline from new offerings and product launches using targeted outreach, paid media, and marketing automation.
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot and 6sense, to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including pipeline contribution, flip rate, and win rate through Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to drive demand.
  • Develop sales enablement materials including campaign briefings, promotional assets, and follow-up cadences.
  • Support account-based outreach with relevant content and engagement strategies.
  • Optimize marketing-to-sales lead hand-off processes to maximize conversion rates.
  • Execute campaigns to expand Reachdesk’s presence in the US market.
  • Work with the content manager to develop impactful thought leadership and educational content.
  • Collaborate with digital and design teams to create compelling campaign assets.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation, ABM, or marketing operations.
  • A track record of driving revenue growth through integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Salesloft, or similar).
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
  • Experience executing ABM and intent-based targeting strategies.
  • A test-and-learn mindset, always looking for ways to optimize campaigns.
  • A passion for B2B marketing and innovative customer engagement strategies.
