We are looking for a Convert Trader based in London who can work closely with our local and global Convert and Options teams to help manage our convert portfolio, put in for new issues, and execute trades in the secondary market. This role has scope for cross-asset and cross-region trading responsibilities. Currently, our converts hub is in New York, and we have utilized shared resourcing from other desks in London and Hong Kong. We are at a pivotal moment of expansion for our convert effort, and you will be our first full-time hire in London who is focused on converts specifically. We recently made a large push to improve our modelling and we are excited to find someone to help us put this into action and find ways to enhance our approach. Our Trading team is full of highly motivated professionals who have created a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration. Your working relationships, trader intuition, and ability to analyze special situations will bring a lot of value to our team.
