Freelance Design Manager \\nManchester \\nStart: Monday 7th April 2025\\nDuration: 5 months (minimum)\\n\\nI am working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor that are delivering a high-rise apartment scheme in the centre of Manchester. I am looking for an experienced Freelance Design Manager to join the team and oversee design coordination on this prestigious project.\\n\\nTHE ROLE \\nAs Design Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing design development across all stages, coordinating consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring information is delivered in line with programme and quality expectations. The main purpose of the role is to work with the client, respond to the notes on the drawings and get them approved by the client.
