Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and identify areas for improvement

– Design, configure, and implement Flextra solutions to meet client requirements

– Develop and execute test plans to ensure the efficacy and accuracy of the Flextra implementation

– Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process

– Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Flextra solutions post-implementation

– Offer insights and recommendations to clients on best practices for utilizing Flextra in their business operations

– Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Flextra technology to continually enhance and improve client solutions

Qualifications:

– Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

– In-depth knowledge of Flextra architecture, configuration, and customization

– Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical requirements

– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively

– Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Attention to detail and thoroughness in handling complex projects

– Knowledge of other ERP systems and integration experience is a plus
