Our client is looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist to support the Customer Marketing Manager in developing and executing innovative business development initiatives. Your focus will be on trade and retail marketing strategies that enhance customer loyalty and drive profitable sales growth.

Description:
- Develop and implement industry-leading business development and trade activation initiatives to support key retailers and drive mutual sales growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute B2B and B2B2C initiatives (online and offline) for key product segments.
- Identify and propose affinity marketing opportunities aligned with the company's brand values to support customer business growth.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing activities and events for key retailers.
- Support the implementation and review of business development and trade activation strategies for selected customers.
- Develop impactful POS materials, merchandise, and branding for retail and product categories.
- Ensure all Customer Marketing initiatives are integrated into internal communication plans.
- Work indirectly with customers through account managers, providing guidance and support in executing business development solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach.
- Work with the BI Analyst to assess the effectiveness of customer marketing activities and monitor competitor strategies.
- Manage budgets set by the Customer Marketing Manager, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee external agencies, including briefing, performance tracking, and service level measurement.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of customer marketing activities using agreed KPIs.
- Ensure consistent application of the brand identity.
Profile:
- Professional qualification in marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of the full marketing mix.
- Experience in B2B and B2B2C retail/trade marketing.
- Proven background in customer marketing and business development.
- Experience in agency management or working within an agency environment.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with strong attention to detail.
- Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
- Proactive, innovative, and able to take initiative.
