Minimum Requirements:
- Facilities Management Experience In Delivering Hard FM – Essential
- Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written (including report writing) and spoken – Essential
- A practical and proactive approach with the ability to show initiative and pay attention to detail – Essential
- A comprehensive working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes, including Excel – Essential
- Knowledge and experience of implementing quality processes and procedures – Essential
- Experience In Auditing – Essential
- Experience of using CAFM applications to deliver, monitor and report on FM service obligations – Desirable
- Demonstrable experience of H&S and other legislation relative to premises occupation and use and the delivery of hard FM services – Desirable
- Higher National Diploma or equivalent qualification in Facilities Management, or otherwise have demonstrable relevant experience – Essential
- Full UK Driving Licence – Essential
- Level 2 English or Equivalent – Essential
- IOSH/NEBOSH – Desirable
