Minimum Requirements:

1. Facilities Management Experience In Delivering Hard FM – Essential
2. Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written (including report writing) and spoken – Essential
3. A practical and proactive approach with the ability to show initiative and pay attention to detail – Essential
4. A comprehensive working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes, including Excel – Essential
5. Knowledge and experience of implementing quality processes and procedures – Essential
6. Experience In Auditing – Essential
7. Experience of using CAFM applications to deliver, monitor and report on FM service obligations – Desirable
8. Demonstrable experience of H&S and other legislation relative to premises occupation and use and the delivery of hard FM services – Desirable
9. Higher National Diploma or equivalent qualification in Facilities Management, or otherwise have demonstrable relevant experience – Essential
10. Full UK Driving Licence – Essential
11. Level 2 English or Equivalent – Essential
12. IOSH/NEBOSH – Desirable
