Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a Drainage Surveyor to join the team. The main purpose of this role is to support the Drainage Engineering Team. In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £32,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus Overtime, as well as training to further your career development. This is a full-time permanent position.
Reporting to the PPM Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- To attend sites across the country to assess site & asset access, investigate external below-ground, internal/soil & high-level roof/gutter drainage systems detailing condition and number of assets within the site demise.
- Collating all information to produce a job report detailing what teams, equipment & job methods are needed to complete the job.
- Information is to be directly internally to produce a planned maintenance quotation.
- To attend sites across the country to create detailed PPM drainage connectivity plans.
- External drainage plans to be created by hand on a printed site map & internal/soil plans to be created via handheld tablet.
- Surveyor to lift/identify all assets on site & all assets using various methods of testing IE: Drainage dye & CCTV equipment.
- To attend sites across the country to carry out regular site inspections as part of our planned maintenance portfolio by creating a conditional report of all assets & submitting remedial/recommendation forms to highlight any defects, access issues etc.
- To assist Delivery department with live PPM works (where required) by attending site with tanker vacuum unit and assisting with clearance works.
The ideal candidate:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Availability to complete weekend work
